Used Auto Parts Supplier Network
LiveAutoParts helps drivers and repair shops request used parts across the USA and Canada. Tell us the part and vehicle you need, then review the quoted condition, fitment, warranty, shipping, and final price before you decide to buy.
Why availability is confirmed with every request
Used-part availability, condition, and shipping options change quickly with the vehicle, part specification, and destination. Once we receive your request, we review current options for the exact part you need rather than showing a generic stock list that may be out of date.
Use your VIN when availableβor provide your vehicle details and part numberβto make the request as specific as possible.
Who you are buying from
You buy from LiveAutoParts, not from a yard three states away. LiveAutoParts is a trade name of Priona Global INC and is the seller and merchant of record for your order β we issue the quotation, collect payment, arrange fulfilment, and stay your point of contact for cancellations, returns, warranty, and refunds.
Suppliers are independent fulfilment partners, but your contract of sale is with us. A part that arrives wrong or damaged, or fails inside its warranty term, is raised with us and decided under our returns and refunds policy β not left to a recycler you have never spoken to.
No card is charged on this site. Payment is collected only after you accept a written quotation, and the terms printed on it govern the sale (Terms of Use).
What the network covers
The network is auto recyclers, salvage yards, dealers, and parts suppliers across the United States and Canada β independent contractors working under written supplier terms with us, which is what lets a part from a yard you have never heard of carry one warranty and return route.
Most of what moves through it is used, salvaged, refurbished, or reconditioned unless a quotation says otherwise β so expect honest cosmetic wear on a mechanically sound part, and photos that are representative rather than a catalogue shot.
How a quote request works
- Share your VIN or year, make, model, and the part you need.
- Include your ZIP or postal code to help review shipping options.
- Review the offered part details, fitment basis, warranty and return terms, and final price.
- Approve a purchase only after the details are clear.
What a supplier has to provide
A quote is only worth reading if it is specific. Before an option reaches you, the supplier has to come back with the exact unit and its terms: condition basis, the fitment it was matched on, what is and is not included, warranty term, return terms, and shipping method. All of it goes into your quotation, and the quotation governs the sale.
What being in the network actually requires
Verification here is a set of enforceable obligations, not a badge. A supplier that accepts our orders is bound by the Supplier Refund Policy, which requires it to:
- Disclose refund eligibility, return windows, restocking or inspection fees, freight responsibility, and warranty limits before any payment.
- Run a documented RMA return process, and specify who pays return freight, re-crating, and insurance.
- Produce fulfilment, tracking, and condition evidence promptly when an order is questioned.
- Carry the cost of refunds, returns, and chargebacks caused by its own fulfilment β we can approve your refund and recover it from the supplier.
Repeated refund violations or unresolved disputes can mean restricted lead flow, suspension, or removal β that enforcement is the difference between a supplier network and a list of phone numbers.
Before you buy
- Ask whether the price includes shipping, taxes, and any core charge.
- Confirm the exact configuration, condition, and included components.
- Request the applicable warranty and return terms in writing.
- For powertrain and electronic parts, verify the fitment basis before authorizing payment.
Our used auto-parts buying guides explain how to compare these details β start with how used-part shipping and freight works, what a used-part warranty covers, and core charges explained.
Supplier Network FAQ
Do you publish a live supplier directory?
We work through a supplier network, but supplier assignment and current options are reviewed for each request. That keeps the quote focused on the exact part, vehicle, and destination.
What information helps with a used-part quote?
A VIN is helpful. Otherwise, provide the year, make, model, engine or trim details where relevant, the part needed, and a ZIP or postal code for shipping options.
Can you help customers in the USA and Canada?
We accept quote requests for customers in the USA and Canada. Available options and shipping arrangements depend on the requested part and destination.
What should I confirm before buying a used part?
Confirm the fitment basis, condition description, mileage when relevant, warranty and return terms, shipping method, core charge, taxes, and final price in writing.
What warranty comes with a part sourced through the network?
Used parts carry a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery, and select parts carry up to 90 days when the quotation states it. The warranty covers the part itself β not labour, installation, diagnostics, towing, or rental costs β and the terms printed on your quotation control. Engines, transmissions, and drivetrain assemblies may carry mileage-based limits noted on the quotation.
What happens if the part arrives damaged or is not what was quoted?
Inspect the shipment with the driver before you sign: note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, photograph the packaging before unpacking, and report it to LiveAutoParts within 48 hours. Returns are requested within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery and need written RMA approval before anything ships back. LiveAutoParts manages freight-damage and lost-in-transit claims with the carrier and supplier on your behalf.
